DailyDare is strictly for adults. You confirm you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher). We verify age at signup and terminate accounts that misrepresent it.
Every dare and every submission must be legal and safe. You must never:
You choose to attempt a dare. Dares are prompts, not instructions. You are solely responsible for assessing whether you can attempt one safely and legally where you are, and for the consequences of attempting it. If a dare can't be done safely in your situation — skip it. There will be another tomorrow. Violations forfeit coins and may result in immediate account termination and, where required, reports to authorities.
You keep ownership of your submissions. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, process (including AI judging), display and promote them within DailyDare and our official marketing channels. You can delete a submission at any time, which ends promotional use going forward. You warrant you have permission from everyone appearing in your clips.
DareCoins are virtual items with no monetary value. They cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred between users, or refunded, except where refunds are required by law (including the Australian Consumer Law). Purchases are processed by Google Play or Apple under their terms. We may adjust the coin economy (prices, payouts, availability) at any time; we won't reduce a balance you already hold except as a penalty under section 2 or 6.
Submissions are assessed by an automated judge, supplemented by human moderation and community reports. Verdicts are final, applied equally to everyone. Obvious judging errors can be appealed in-app within 48 hours.
No fake or staged proof, no manipulated video, no bots, no coin-balance exploits, no multiple accounts to farm entries. Anti-cheat enforcement may include coin forfeiture, disqualification, and permanent bans at our discretion.
You can delete your account anytime in-app or at dailydare.online/delete-account — this permanently removes your profile, content and remaining coins. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms.
DailyDare is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law — and without excluding any consumer guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded — we are not liable for: injury, loss or damage arising from your decision to attempt any dare; other users' content or conduct; service interruptions; or indirect or consequential loss. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to resupplying the service or the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months.
You indemnify Indrevo and its team against claims, damages and costs arising from your breach of these terms, your submissions, or your conduct while attempting dares, except to the extent caused by our negligence.
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Disputes go first to good-faith negotiation, then to the courts of NSW. If any clause is unenforceable, the rest stand. We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in-app 14 days ahead.
